  • Maintain call records and follow-up details
  • Meet daily calling and quality targets

  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam

2. English Telecaller – Customer Engagement

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer engagement calls in English
  • Provide information about services and campaigns
  • Record call outcomes and follow-ups in CRM
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English

3. English Telecaller – Lead Qualification

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to qualify leads
  • Understand customer requirements and interest levels
  • Update lead status and notes in CRM
  • Coordinate with sales teams for qualified lead handover
  • Achieve daily productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken English skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred
  • Ability to handle structured calling scripts

4. Business Development Executive – Call / Sales Role

  • Drive sales through outbound calls
